Acai Bowl
Oooh the Acai Bowl: smooth, fresh, sweet, simply delicious!
This modern breakfast smoothie bowl is everybody’s favorite. As they are a lot of ways to do it, I think this recipe is everything you’re looking for when you think of an acai bowl.
Recipe
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana ( or frozen cauliflower)
1/2 cup blueberries or blackberries
5-10 strawberries
1 tbsp of your favorite nut butter (I use almond)
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp acai powder
2 medjool dates (pitted)
2 tbsp water
Directions:
Simple!
Blend all ingredients together, add water as needed.
Garnish your smoothie bowl with your favorite fruits, nut butters and granola!
