Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I hope you are having an amazing Friday today! Are you ready for your weekend bakes? I’m really happy to share with you this delicious, easy to make and super healthy cookie recipe! I am sure you guys are going to LOVE IT!.
Here goes!
Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup monk fruit (sugar)
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/3 cup crunchy almond butter
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 - 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a stand-alone mixer using the paddle attachment, mix monk fruit, coconut sugar, crunchy almond butter, and Greek yogurt.
Add egg and mix until well incorporated
Add almond milk, vanilla, and salt.
Add flour and baking soda and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Add chocolate chips and mix.
In a baking tray with parchment paper, using an ice cream scooper or two spoons, scoop cookies ( Don’t worry they will extend in the oven) The rounder your dough scoop is the better the shape of your cookie will be.
Bake for 12-15 min.
