Welcome to my page, First of I want to thank you for spending time here. I am very happy that you joined us . Let me introduce myself, my name is Mariana Garza and that handsome man in my pictures is my husband Jorge. And this place? well, this is what I call my Food Space, the space where I can share everything I love about food and photography.

You can describe me as a food enthusiast. From cooking to styling and photography, I love it all. Let me tell you a little bit about my food journey, I studied Culinary Arts in Le Cordon Bleu and Baking and Pastry in Le Notre. I’ve worked in catering, corporate cafeterias, restaurants and cooking schools. . Also, I am a food photographer in development. Food photography is something I very recently got involved with but instantly loved.

​I am in the middle of a four-book project. On June 2020 I launched my very first cookbook, which you can buy here. The Cookbook name is This is Summer, soon I will be launching This is Winter and in 2021 This is Spring and This is Fall.

I’ve always been a visual person, since school the only way I could learn something was If I wrote it on a thousand post its or on a huge white board. This is kind of the same in a more professional way now, I love my content to be very visual that’s why I created my Food Gallery where you can find my latest dishes and photos.

On the blog, you’ll find my recipes and some random thoughts.
